Day 36 -- "Weigh In #5" -- The "Real" Visalus 90 Day Weight Loss Challenge Long Beach
Follow our Blog at 90DayLive.com For questions about Visalus http text pending ... but I can tell you I am down to 245 (lost 25lbs) and 44 inches to the belly button (down from 52), 8 inches lost!!! Definitely on target for 40lbs and 10 inches =) Whatz up! It's weight in day. It is Day 36 of our Visalus Weight Loss Challenge the "Real" 90 Day Weight Loss Challenge. I'm Eric. That's Tess. We are done with week five and we are weighing in after we talk a little bit. Didn't do much yesterday as far as snack-y things, but we did have breakfast. We went to the Coffee Cup on 4th Street. We haven't been there since we've started on the Visalus diet, because we have been doing a shake for almost every breakfast. I ended up having what is called a Dr. W. A Dr. W, is this egg whites mixed in with a bunch of vegetables, brown rice, and chicken. I actually split the dish with Tess. I got a little flavor of one of my favorite places in the whole world and was able to keep it down to a manageable amount. Also, I had a couple of cups of coffee there. So, I didn't go to Starbucks to get my Grande Coffee. I did have a shake for lunch. Then for dinner we continued with the Cinco de Mayo theme and we had shredded pork tacos and everybody came over and Tess threw out a nice little spread. It was great. Fresh guacamole, fresh salsa from the Mexican market in Encino in Westminster, got some refried beans and rice from them as well. It was very, very good...
