Question by james m: good workout plan for week? or over training?
i train monday wednesday and friday. other days i might jog or something... this is just what i do for my upper body. i want to know if this is over training or perfect or what ever for my upper body. i have been doin it for months and have seen good results but maybe they could be better??
monday, flat bench- 3 sets of about 5-8 reps..... military press- 2 sets of about 8-10 reps. lateral raises- x 2 sets of like 8 reps. and i do weighted chinups / pullups with and added 15-20 kilos on a dipping belt and do 3 sets of about 5-8 reps..
wednesday is basically the same but i only do 2 sets of flat bench instead of 3. or might do incline for one. and decline for the other. or whatever i feel like.
friday is exactly the same as monday. then i have the weekend off weights and only do cardio like swim, jog, skip or whatever. my one rep max bench is 95kilos. but i do sets with 75-80 kilos generally..if you can give me any sugestions that are PROFESSIONAL opinions on how to make this workout more effective then please do. or just let me know if im over training with anything. and i do work the rest of my body btw, its just my upperbody mainly arms that i think might be over or under training

wednesday: shoulder + thighs
friday : back+biceps
Abs along with the cardio on all the three days.
