I am a 28 years old. Over the past 2 years I have lost 17lbs. I am now very underweight at 5'8" 110lbs. I have soft bowel movements about 5-8X per day, its much worse after eating (eating anything even healthy pasta, salads, hamburgers etc....) I have shooting pain in my back and under my rib cage. I have been told that I am low in Iron and low in Vitamin D. I also seem to get my period 2X / month so that would explain the low iron. I feel tired and have had 2 fainting spells in the last month and a half. I always feel dizzy when I stand.
The walk-in doctor has done:
Barium Test: Neg
Ultrasound: Neg
Stool sample: Neg
Ulcer Test: Neg
White blood Cell Count: Normal (not chrones disease)
I was wondering if anyone would have any advice for me. I really am at the end of my rope. All this started when I came back from India (I was living in Israel at the time, now I live in Canada). The only medical problem I have ever had in the past are constant lung infections and bronchitis. I should also note that I am a smoker.
Any advice???
Greatly appreciated.

A Very Manageable Fishing Tackle for the Heavy Weight Users
Article by Vina Lee Gomez
One of the best aerial type center pin fishing tackles in terms of innovative and cutting edge design is the J.W. Young and Sons Bob James Lightweight Fishing Tackle. The construction of this equipment is described as having a spoked design with two ball bearing racers where the spool runs. Its design is not like the construction of a normal pure center pin design but this very innovation is what makes it one of the best rods in the market today.
The back plate of this fishing tackle is machine constructed, giving this equipment a lightweight feel. Also included in its features is a click check system and micro adjustable disc drag set-up. This fishing rod has its center pin minus the usual cages that are normal in other designs of fishing tackle. The diameter of the rod is 4" with a depth of 1" and weighs in at just 200 grams. In terms of weight to power ratio, this reel is definitely one of the most efficient ones in the fishing tackle market.
Each of the fishing tackle reels come with an exclusive serial number and certificate of authenticity. This reel, despite of being high efficient has a dual bearings system that is very low maintenance and its body is also made of solid aluminum bar stock. its handles can be separated and it also has an on/off ratchet which can be controlled by a radial lever system. This reel truly provides great efficiency when used in water and it was also anodized and simple.
This center pin also provides great control of the line during the pulling process because of its quick release spool mechanism. A hundred yards of 20lb line and 300 yards of 8lb monofilament line can be accommodated by this fishing tackle with great control and ease.
The maker of this fishing tackle maker has quite an unique history. The first owner of the company is James William Young who was born in Redditch in 1870. He was literally born to do the job with his father being a fishing reel maker. The Aerial reel was created after he learned the craft and started innovating long established designs. Young created the smallest full working model bicycles with over 400 handmade individual parts at the tender age of 16. Before he created his own shop, he worked as the supervisor for real production of Allcock. From there, two of his sons joined the family business to produce different models of fishing reels not only for their own company but for other fishing reel companies as well.
The business was left on the hands of his three sons after Young passed away because of a tragic accident. The Second World War forced the company to close shop but upon the war's end, one of the greatest innovations for a fishing tackle was made which was the Ambidex Reel. From there, the company has continued to reap more successes, making the best and most innovative designs for reels and tackles for the both professional and beginning anglers.
