Playing Pump It Up with a weight vest (make that 2 weight vests)
So LHoT ordered a weight vest around a week ago, and I had him order one for me as well. We went and played some Fiesta by Shane's (YeehawMcKickass) place, and decided to try a set with them (they weigh about 47 pounds each). Everyone that played with them was pretty much in agreement with the phrase "It feels like I just played 4 songs" after playing ONE. I tried warming up with a 17 (Turkey March Minimal)...bad idea. Couldn't even go halfway, haha. It feels fine when wearing it, but it REALLY takes its toll on you when you try playing in it. At some point, LHoT had the brilliant idea of trying to play with BOTH vests...that's nearly 100 extra pounds. We pretty much died everywhere. I did alright during this song, but man oh man it was the most brutal thing ever.
