Best way to lose weight (esp. around stomach, thighs, and forearms)?

Question by Tennisluver: Best way to lose weight (esp. around stomach, thighs, and forearms)?
I'm currently a student taking AP and Honors classes so I have little time to go to the gym. I also don't have exercise equipment except a yoga mat and two 5 lbs. weights. I also have an hourglass figure so I want to keep it but tone it. I would appreciate any opinions. Thanks!

Gym Floor Mats -Buy the right Exercise Equipment Mats

Article by James Lee

Do you experience agony under your foot or in your legs? Do your heels ache when you stand up or are standing up for a substantial period of time? Do you feel uncomfortable when you're walking? If your answer is'yes,' then you might consider taking vitamins and drinking more milk for a stronger support system in your body. Or, better yet, you might want to start going to the gym and lose some weights. Still, aching? Doubtless the problem lies just below your feet. One of these is the exercise gear mats. Yes, simple as it seems, it should one of our concerns in choosing in which gym we should enroll at. For health-wise, exercise equipment mats helps release the strain from our body. These mats are supposed to be soft enough to ease the strain from stepping, but hard enough to support of movements. As aforementioned, many feet-related aches are due to hard materials used on the floor. The hardness of our step due to the weight of our body is summed up with the weights of the gym equipments we are using or carrying. This is the reason why the mats should be able to perform its job of providing a softer material where we land our exhausted feet. Except for being comfortable to the feet, it makes the mats safer to use because people who step on it are less prone from slipping even if its exposed surface is wet. In the gymnasium, weight lifters would usually release the weights they're using, making it fall down hard on the floor. By employing the related mats, the impact of the falling weight would be cushioned so that the floors will not crack or break. Just remember that exercise gear mat shouldn't be too thin. If it is, it would not do well in cushioning the impact or the tension you'll create. It should also be able to support your movements by providing you a steady ground. Be certain that what you are buying for a mat is not greasy because if it is, the accident rate or the likelihood of being in an accident by trying your gym gear might be increased. In selecting or purchasing an exercise equipment mat, be certain to select that with the best quality. Since it is generally made of plastic materials or rubber, it is more durable and bound to last a l One time. Likewise, by buying the mats of good quality, it'll take a longer time for it to be rubbed out.
