Question by The Wall: I need a cheap , simple, weight bench with a weight capacity of at least 400lbs?
I hear the best way to loose weight for severly overweight people is weight training. Thats what my brother needs. I want to get him a weight bench for his birthday. I need something thats not to expensive ( no more than about $ 400) and something that isnt that bulty. Preferable something that can be stood against a wall. I tried sports authority and was shocked to find they only had overcomplicated , bulky machines. I just want a sturdy bench. A spot bar would be nice too but isnt esential. So if you know a site where I could get such an object I'd appriciate it. Remember it absolutely has to be compact and support at least 400 lbs.

First of all, the best way to lose weight is through a combination of weight lifting, cardio, and diet. If your bro just lifts weights, he's going to gain weight (it will be healthy weight since muscle weighs a lot more than fat). I suggest you check your local pennysaver if you have one.
