Ive tried resistance training.. although i forgot about the whole diet thing and that led me to looking really weak..im done with resistance training plus it puts stress to body esspicaly if you wanna gain weight.. since it burns calories to.. i wanna build muscle mass and tone my body.. can i do this and look bigger? eat alot of foods {protien etc} drink water.. and do some yoga stretches afterwards to tone my muscles and make them look lean and strong instead of short and fat? Ive tried and so far im seeing results little by little. can i stick to this what are the benefits?

I would recommend a program designed with specific goals in mind. That way you are not jumping in muscle by muscle and not able to verify the progress. I tried that and it didn't work like I wanted. Nutrition and specific intervals of training all combine to give you the best results.
