Question by : The quickest way too lose weight?/Fat face!! ()-_-()?
Okay so I weigh 150...I use to weigh 117 last year...I went off to school...I head food heaven..I ate my little heart out...and gained tons of weight! My face is really chunky! What's the quickest way to lose weight? I want to lose about 20 pounds for prom..which is in april of next year..So I've got time. Anyone have any suggestions? Please and thanku

unfortunate;y there is not quick way to lose weight apart fom exccercise and healthy foods, with your time i recommend you eat healthy small portions and excercise heaps, try excericising on an emty stomach you burn more calories, u need to be persistant,
