HI there, I need to lose my man boobs and weight fast. I would like you guys to help me set up a fortnight of exercises and tips on healthy eating. I have less than 11 months to achieve my goal to wear acceptable clothing for next summer and not wear tight cloths and jumpers in summer just not to show my fat.
I'm not looking for surgery I want and I know I can lose the weight by sticking to the regime you guys can help me set up.
I don't have access to a gym, but I do have an exercise bike, XL glider, 10 sets of weights (1-10kg), grappler machine, I also have a vertical knee raise machine, Pro Club Line Shoulder Press Machine,
Is there anything else I would/could do?
