I've always had a problem with weight lifting, i never truly knew how much weight i was lifting when it came to the bench press. So things would be weird when i lifted at different places. So i got this 6 foot Bar from CAP. I think its steel....might be chrome. But it does rust a bit, so I'm gonna guess its steel. Does anyone have a bar like that? and how much do they weigh?
