Question by martinezsquared: Does anyone know of a birth control pill/patch/shot for women that will not cause extreme weight gain?
I have tried a lot of bcp's and patches that have made me gain a lot of weight ( one pill made me gain 55 pounds in two months), but I need something, because everytime I get pregnant without planning it, I have a miscarriage. I have considered tubal ligation, but my husband says he is not ready for that yet, as he may want one more child. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I hate to say it but it may just be you. I've tried MANY birth controls and they never made me gain weight and I barely excercize so yea!
