I have walked my dog twice a day for 4 miles each way and I have been not munching around the house, I am mother of two and clean house, work in the yard, very active person and this weight wont budge off,,,,,I dont know whats the problem. I sometimes get craving for something and have to have it...nothing new. I havent eaten anything out of the ordinary. had my period but it was only 3 days instead of 5. I
steped on the scale and I havent lost any weight from walking everyday (twice 4 miles each) so what gives. I thought i was pregnant but took two pee tests from walgreens both negative but some say doctor blood or their tests are way more accurate. I had my tubed clamped/tied way back in 1999 so they couldnt have came undone or could they???
