Hi, i am 18, 160 lbs, 5'11 and overall just skinny! lean but not tone and all blah blah blah! anywho i just applied for college an being a student you can use there gym for free an so i will! i've google the shit out of everything i could think of and seeing how flexibility is the key i've been stretching for about a week ONLY stretch when i wake up then later in the day an sometimes at night when i just want to! i had a 40lbs adjustable dumbells thats 2 bars an 8 5lbs disks i got one of those like pull up bar things that go in your doorway i got 3sets of ankle weights all 10lbs and a 40lbs weighted vest all of which was given to me! Note that i will have access to a gym but id rather do it all at home! seeing is how the gym would be better anyways i don't wanna be skinny for ever an would like to put on some muscle i'm going for my associates degree which i havnt started waiting on the school to get back to me and after my school i will join the marines. I DO NOT WANNA LOOK LIKE ARNOLD!!!!!!!!!! Just 20lbs or so would be nice! i just need opinion because as stated I GOOGLED ALOT!! any help would be smiled upon!
