Question by Cindy B: Will this menu help me lose weight?
I am trying to lose weight, and I wanted to know if this is a good (healthy) menu for someone who is trying to lose weight.

Breakfast:
•2 scrambled eggs (no fat used to cook)
•1 piece of toast (no butter, whole grain)

Lunch:
•1 orange
•1 8oz fat free yogurt
•1 turkey sandwich (no add-ons, whole grain bread)

Dinner:
•Corn (1/2 cup)
•Chicken (grilled or baked)
•Small salad (lettuce, carrotts, cucumber,and slight fat free italian dressing)

Snacks:
•Grapes
•Granola bar


All drinks substituted with water! This must be combined with at least 60 minutes of excersise daily.


Best answer:
yes, you will lose a lot of weight. But i'd suggest you to add some more fruits and veggies and some green tea.
