I'm 20 years old.
Recently I started buying healthy. I have fruits with breakfast (cereal, oatmeal, eggs + sausage, etc), I have fruits as desert. I have protein with dinner and salads, and fiber and other healthy things with lunch. My bread from Pepperidge Farm, whole grain oatmeal costs $ 3.69! It's expensive to eat healthy :(
I have The Firm balance circle, which you step on + DVD, I have a resistance band, a yoga mat, and 2 - two pound weights, and 1 - five pound weight. Is this a good start? I like variety in my workout so I planned a 7 day workout schedule. Tone and build some muscle. For protein, I usually have eggs, tuna, grilled chicken. I hope to add fish soon.

Absolutely! You are at your ideal body weight now. (General rule of thumb is 100 pounds at feet and 5 additional pounds for each inch after 5 feet.) Keep in mind muscle weighs more than fat but takes up less space.... this is an important variable when you factor BMI also.
Your dietary regimen looks good; oatmeal is especially beneficial in lowering cholesterol. Try using honey as a sweetner instead of processed sugar. Store brand oatmeal is just as good as brand, just read the nutritional labels to make an informed decision. Watch the sausage, I would cut out the sausage. Eggs are good for protein and essential fat but don't overdo.
Also, tuna is a great source of protein as is chicken. If you eat beef make sure it is lean. For cooking oils I use olive oil only. You may consider adding flaxseed. Ezekiel 4:9 bread is the best and I toast my and add almond butter and no-sugar fruit preserves.
Broccoli is a great fiber source and a green veggie. If you can't handle it raw just steam it lightly and use creative non-salt seasonings for flavor. I use low sodium artificial bacon bits on mine.
Don't overdo your workouts. Cardio is crucial to fat loss and weight loss. I wouild start you out with 2-pound resistance for a few weeks, then gradually increase.

Edit: Be careful with the resistance bands as they can cause pulling and straining of muscles and ligaments. Free weights are best.
