why is it us girls put on weight when we find love or are content? Ive been in a new relationship for 4 months now and nearly had a fit when i stepped on the scales last night. Ive put on nearly a stone but i only eat really healthy stuff. loadsa fruit veg, stir fries and whole grains. any ideas?

I don't understand that either. I noticed a LOT of women do that. I am not one of them, I am an athlete and always will be whether I am seeing someone or not. But why is it that so many women gain weight when they "settle down" or after they get married?! Wouldn't you be more likely to care about your bodily health if you found someone you really want to spend time with? Wouldn't being healthy and able to do things with that person rank pretty high on the list?? I am curious to see other answers to this question.
