I want to get started doing some yoga and pilates in my home and I would like to know your opinion on what videos are the best for beginners. I would like videos that are more focused on muscle toning and shaping rather than weight loss as I am 5'8" and only 110 lbs so no need to lose any more weight!! Also, what equipment do I need besides the mat?
