Question by katiesonfire: How to loose weight/tone up on your arms WITHOUT gaining muscle?
I already have average muscle on my arms but also loose skin and fat.
I really wanna tone it up and loose the weight but I don' want to increase the muscle!
I heard using tins like beans are the idea weights?


Best answer:
To tone muscles, lift lighter weights but do more repetitions.
To gain muscle, you lift heavier weights with less repetitions.
