I wasn't sure whether it would make a difference if I ran in the morning before eating, or aftenoon after i ate a little? I'm doing cross country camp for my high school which is at 6:30 in the morning. My goal is to tone my legs...on the days I don't have the camp should the time I train switch or does it make no difference?
