I ate a huge dinner yesterday, I mean HUGE. I didn't feel too bad about it, though, because I got a lot of exercise. Today, I spent the day munching, but was chained to the bed all day. I won't gain weight, right? I recently lost a lot of weight, and I'm just so afraid of gaining everything back, almost to the point of hysteria.
I plan to get back on track tomorrow, though I won't eat the rest of today.
