im stuck at 120 and i cant get up past that. i'm 5'7" and 128 lbs. what are some ways i can increase the weight.

i am 6'0 and 170 and i am doing145 and i am only 16, but what you need to do is not get maxed out just do more reps than you have been doing and you should gain more muscle to do more weight, a thing that is useful is to take whey powder and some milk before you work out and it helps gain over 60% muscle mass when you do a good workout. hope this was useful.

Most people who try diets will agree that it is one of the hardest things that they ever tried. To some, it seems simple: just don't eat a lot, but it is actually much more difficult than it sounds. Today, most people usually eat three meals a day: breakfast, lunch and dinner. In diet terms this is a big no no. But why you might ask? Well, for one reason, you still have your hunger pangs and are eager to eat more food. Also, it does not help your metabolism increase. In order to attain weight loss success you will need to increase your metabolism and above all not be hungry.

Now, lets go on about the topic of metabolism; what is it and why is it important in dieting. In very simple terms, metabolism is something that burns your fat. Instead of storing your fat as well fat, it burns it off and thus you lose weight no matter how much you eat. I think we can all understand why it is now important to have a high metabolism and why it is one of your friends in your weight loss achievement.

Now, back onto increasing your metabolism as well as not having any hunger pangs or urges to eat. The beautiful thing about these two topics is that they go hand in hand. You can kill two birds with one stone. This process is quite simple really. Remember when I told you that the three meals a day is a big no no in weight loss. Well this is where this rules comes into play. Instead of eating three, large meals a day, try eating five or six smaller meals. This will, overtime, increases your metabolism so that you will be burning almost everything that you eat right away as well as keeping you from being hungry since you are eating double the meals as what you were previously doing.

By now you understand a very important rule in weightless: metabolism. Metabolism is very helpful in weight loss and believe me, you will want all the help that you can get trying to achieve weight loss success. So what are you waiting for? Go out there and eat six times a day. Yes, I know this might sound crazy, but what have you got to lose except your weight. I wish you your success in weight loss.
