I am finally fed up enough with myself that I have set out to become healthy and get down to an acceptable weight. I am 19 years old and weigh an embarrassing 190 lbs. I would like to try to get to the 130's by I am in my sister's wedding the first week of July.
I told my mom not to get me anything for christmas this year and she refuses to listen. So I told her that if she was going to get me gifts that they should be items that will help me work out, eat better, lose weight, etc. and help me accomplish my goal. She is worried that some gift ideas, if given, will hurt my feelings so she said she will only do it if I make her a list of possible things.
Here are some Idea's I've had. Help me think of things because I haven't worked out, eaten well, been thin my entire life so I just don't know what could help me.
Better shoes for working out/running, sports bra, water bottle, pedometer, workout videos, different weight dumbells, step bench, stability ball, medicine ball.
What other things will get me to my goal?
