i'm 33 yrs old, have the metabolism of a racehorse it would seem. i eat twice as much as just about anyone i know.
Regardless of resistance training for muscle gain can anyone, preferably someone who has been in my shoes and successfully put on good muscle mass, give me some info on a diet to transform a skinny ass into a body that will be big enough to make use of weight training.
food only guys, dont tell me how many weights to lift pls. :)

You have to eat more than your body burns. Eat lots of meat and potatoes. When working out do less reps and more weight. You want to put mass on not tone your body. Do 8-10 reps and increase your weight each set. If 8-10 reps is to easy then your not increasing the weight enough. It takes time to build muscle so don't get discouraged.
