I used to be in top notch shape - (talking modeling terms... I am not skinny enough for modeling at the moment, but not big enough for plus modeling - and NO I am not about to be a plus model...)
I have since gained about 20 lbs. I have begun to eat better and exercise more.
I want to try out for America's Next Top Model in 6 days!!
What are the fastest slim down method, but still healthiest way to shed quick pounds?? OR at least DE-BLOATING methods to appear slimmer during auditions??

Any other feedback or ideas on what to prepare for.... Hair, makeup, dress/style... ??

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

Water tablets. You can get them at your local pharmacy; they usually run around 6 dollars for a box. Just be VERY careful and dont use them long term. They can be fatal.
