My friend is trying to go on a diet and her husband, me and my fiance are supporting her with it. The only problem, everything is either very expensive or I dont like it, and they are getting frustrated with me making 2 separate meals. I went through a whole weight watchers low cal cookbook and only found 2 things that were relatively cheap and only one of those things I eat.
Basically, what Im looking for is something that contains meats (chicken or ground beef), fruits and possibly vegetables (the veggies dont have to be actually in the recipe, they can just be on the side from a can or something) but it cant contain:
Peas, "crunchy" onions (her husband likes them sauted so he cant taste them) Strong flavored peppers (basically no stuffed peppers or fresh peppers, I dont want to taste them either).

One example of a good recipe would be Orange Crumb Baked Chicken. You mix orange juice with dijon mustard, mix whole wheat crackers with orange/lemon zest, then dip the chicken in the wet mix then the cracker mix
