Exercising to Tone? *question about some exercise moves*?

Question by : Exercising to Tone? *question about some exercise moves*?
Im trying to tone my arms, *besides weight training for a change*

I work out alot so i switch back and fourth, *carido, weight train, squats, ect.*

I recently bought "Turbo Jam"
http://youtube.com/watch?v=lwh6yW-aD98

Its pretty much Kickboxing/Cardio, and its fun, it came with weighted gloves, the blue ones in the video, but when i put them on...my hands feel numb and weird so i have to take them off when i exercise >.<;

soo question is, can i still tone my arms without the weighted gloves? like the "speedbag" move and the punches, does any of that tone my arms? or are they just to tire you?
* i never knew if punches toned :|*

Best answer:
yes but you may need to build some muscle if you dont have some there,tone is all about overall bodyfat,you cant control where your body takes or stores fat.building some muscles makes it easier to show up but you need to drop your bodyfat percentage,thats all.
