Question by Flying Monk: Good cheap weight bench that can support 300lb man and 250lb weight on bar...on a budget so...?
somthing for 200 dollars or less that can support me (200lb) and brother(300lb) and at least his max of 250 on bar...

sumthing with a simple olympic bar and maybe a lat tower or not....but primarily a weight bench to lift weights...

heard wieder pro 550 was good but how much weight can it hold

I don't know for 200 but Sam's Club had a great bench/squat/multi-purpose machine that could hold as much weight as you can put on it for around 350. I wanted it really bad but don't have the money. Most of them carry it so it should be at the one in your area (if there is one in your area)
