Question by : im going on holidays with friends in may, how much weight will i lose by then?
in may,6 months away, im going on a school trip to france with my friends. im now a uk size 12/14. i suppose im kinda hour glass shape or maybe pear? i go to the gym at least 4 times a week for about an hour, on rowing machines, bike, tread mill and cross trainer. i don't have time for breakfast, i usually have a ham roll or sometimes sausage for lunch, with a chocolate bar and no, i cant cut out the chocolate, its my little piece of heaven! (: and usually a small plate of mashed potato and some sort of meat for dinner, with a little digestive biscuit because i need something sweet! i rarely eat snacks and if i do, its hot chocolate and 2or3 biscuits. if i keep going this way, how much weight will i lose? oh and i weigh about 10 and a half stone. thanks :) awh, and i drink a lot of water!
