Question by : How long does it take to lose weight gained off birth control? ?
I have been taking Aviane for almost 4 years and I have definitley gained weight off of it because I live a healthier and more active lifestyle than ever yet have gained 15-20 lbs over the years. It's not worth the hard work to only gain weight so I'm going off an wondering how long does it take other women to lose their birth control weight.

Birth control does not cause weight gain. if you don't believe me, go through the scholarly journals on google, there is no scientific evidence. What is a better explanation is decreased metabolism due to age.
