Question by : Will I continue to build muscle if I do not increase the weight of my dumbells?
Every second night I do bicep curls, tricep curls all that jazz with a pair of 7.5 kilo dumbells, i'm wondering if I continue to do these but do not increase the weight of my dumbells will I still build muscle?

No. You'l plateau.
Muscles would have no stimulation from increased wt to prompt additional growth.
