I know this lady that has an expensive treadmill at home. She walks on it religiously twice a day. It's great to see her taking the time from her busy day, but when I inquire why she doesn't try one of our 12 minute workout routines and save herself an hour of walking, she says that she doesn't like to sweat. So she walks the hours away each day, but she has not improved her fitness level or changed her body composition along the way. Sometimes comfort can be a drag. Question by Ms. Sunflower: Looking for workout Pin Pal, or friend to help lose weight with!?
I know this is kinda weird but I really want someone I could lose weight with, even if we are miles away from each other it would still be fun to establish some kind of bond with someone and achieve a goal along side someone. I think it would help keep me focused and feel supported dramatically, and the same goes for my partner. Maybe we could exchange Email, and Facebook info and stuff. Every week we could have a weight in to see if we have lost a few pounds. I have video chat, perhaps we could do that weight in that way. im trying to lose around 25-30 pounds and really tone up. If anyone is interested please do answer below.
