ok so i wanna buy a dvd (exercise) lose about 8-13 kg so uhm (most of that on my thighs) do you know of one (it as to be in South Africa) i heard of jennifer nicole lee's lower body burn, hip hop abs, and jillian michaels' killer buns and thighs but i do not know if that is just inches or weight as well?? please help i need the info ASAP!! thx
