lol. im not a lazy person. im an injured runner. inflammation is so bad i can't workout. have an Mri in two weeks. but i eat healthy n have gained some weight in my tummy since the injury

If you're talking about Saran Wrap, then it might help you to lose weight. If you run around/exercise, your body will start sweating. But since there's no air getting to your sweat to cool you off, you'll sweat even more. Basically, you'll just be losing water weight, which you'll gain right back once you replenish fluids. It's not exactly healthy to use this method though... your body requires a lot of water to function.
