Question by Fox: Is this a meal plan that will help me lose weight?
I'm 18, and still in high school. My friend asked me to go to the Bahamas with her over the summer. Considering the fact that we'll be on the water a lot, I'll be wearing a swimsuit a lot.
I'm 5"4, and 160 pounds. I want to lose 40 pounds by July 10th.
I'm not exactly HUGE (I have a lot of muscle)- But obviously, I'm rather meaty.
Because I'm still in high school- It's nearly impossible to find a healthy, low cal lunch food. (I found mold in the salads once, so I steer clear from THAT!). And my lunch is late in school, to the point where I have two hours until school is over. No matter what I eat, I'm still hungry when I get home, so I don't see the point in eating much at school.
So I decided on this:
One Banana at Breakfast.
One Banana at Lunch.
One Bag of Popcorn after school (It's 230 Calories per bag)
One Weight Watchers meal for dinner.
Lots of Water, and Black Coffee.
Does this sound okay?
I'll also probably start walking for an hour each night.
Do you think that if I stick to this diet, that I'll lose the weight in time? I don't want to be all psycho dieter- I will probably switch things up a bit if I get tired of the same food, and I don't mind eating a little extra fruit or veggies if I get hungry!
I went on Weight Watchers before, and lost 20 pounds pretty quickly. This time, I'm not really on weight watchers, but just watching what I eat.

Well..
from only having two banana's through lunch your body will just keep all that water, and you'll end up keeping water weight.
So if i where you.. have something like a banana and some toast for breakfast.
Then a good salad for lunch (low cal dressing) that can fill you.
After school some fruits/veggies.
And then you can have your dinner.
I used to be really over weight and that's what i did.
