Question by durial!: How to gain 10 pounds fast?
I'm 16 weigh 125 and I want to weigh 135-150 ish. My body is basically ripped, but I mean I think I'm still skinny bcuz I just don't weigh alot. I workout with a pull-up bar and dumbells, I use to benchpress, but that was when I was 15 and it only went up to like 130 so it didn't do much. So now I basically do pull-ups, lift 25 pound dumbells, and do pushups. I can do 25 pull-ups at one time, I'm trying to get to 30. I lift the 25 pound dumbells 10 times in each arm 10 seconds going up and 10 seconds going down slowly. I do my pull ups over and underhand and also work abs on the pull up bar by raising my knees to my chest and twisting. I do flies with dumbells and also to hammer ons for forearms and 1 arm rows for shoulder and back. I workout for like 45-60 minutes 4 times a week and drink protein shakes once after I workout. I gained like 5 pounds over a course of 3 weeks..lol so ya I need help, do I need to increase weight? Cuz I can add like 10 pounds to the dumbells I just don't want to lose weight, and I don't want to be chunky, I want to be ripped like I am, just with more weight.

When in doubt, think of Oprah.
