I'm 5'1 and I weigh 190 lbs (already lost 10 from not eating). I hate my fat and am terrified of gaining more weight. I only eat once a day and take in about 100 calories (a cup of special k cereal and skim milk) and drink nothing but water. I have a bad habit of pulling my hair out as a way to calm my nerves. Sometimes I don't even realize I'm doing it and then I look down and I've got a wad the size of a golfball in my hand. I am always burning up or shivering (never anything in between). I always wear a jacket, even in 100 degree weather. I have bad eye tics and chest pains sometimes. I run everyday (30 minutes or so, nothing crazy) and I've recently been taking diurex.
And even though I only eat once a day, I don't crave food. Every once in a while my stomach will growl some, but I'm not doubled over with hunger pains. Do I have an eating disorder? Or can someone my size have one? I don't throw up but have wanted to (only reason I don't is so my teeth won't ruin) but I do feel incredibly guilty after eating the bowl of K. And I eat it in secret. My mom brought home a plate of hospital food for me last night and I told her that I will eat it, but I'm going to end up letting my dogs eat that way if she asks if I've hid it, I can honestly say no. Do I have a disorder or am I just losing my mind?

You have an eating disorder. Go see a doctor and he can tell you how to lose weight the right way. Also the reason why you haven't felt hungry is because your body is in starvation mode. You're eating 100 calories when you should eat at least 1,300 a day.
