20 yd sprint wearing 40lb weight vest
This was my 6th set. Had planned on doing 10 but ran out of gas here. Did some weighted jumps, "free" sprints and some 10 yd weighted sprints. The first few sets were in the 2.6 second range. This one was closer to 2.8. Want to get down to the 2.4 range. Think I can do that by improving my start alone. Having an MRI done on my non-surgically repaired knee in a couple of weeks. Hopefully they won't have to cut into me. Want to get my 40 in the 4.4 range. Not sure what it is now but the guy that runs my gym projects it in the high 4.5's.
