Question by loser: what the difference between weight and protein gainer ?
the sales in the shop told me that i have to take weight gainer first, it will increase my muscle and fats coz muscle and fats increase at the same time and i can't just increase muscle but not fats. then i will have to lost those fats and keep the muscle by taking protein gainer.

So is it true that i can't just grow muscle? i am not thin at all, do i need weight gainer?

Best answer:
you might gain a lil fat here and there but thats bs...lol, wow what a gay salesman! You can take weight gainer at night before you go to bed to help gain some weight but if you don't need to do that, then just take protein. It'll get you something called "lean mass" which the salesman probably left out...lol, wow... what shop did you go to? That guy has no idea what he's talking about... oh its called whey protein by the way :)

In these times when everybody is doing the impossible to stay in shape and lose unwanted pounds, gaining weight and leading a healthy lifestyle is just as hard, because it also requires work and determination to achieve the established goals. The main reason why so many people end up disappointed and fail to achieve their goals is because they are always searching for quick fixes to difficult problems, instead of taking it step by step and understanding the process as it goes.

The biggest problem many people struggle with is lack of time and energy to carry out proper exercise routines on a daily basis. Because people have to go to work during the day and come home in the evening just to find out there are a lot of things to do around the house, there is actually little time left to workout properly and build muscle mass the healthy way.

Fortunately, dietary supplements like the Muscletech neurocore are the perfect solution to help people store the proteins they need and have more energy to conduct daily workouts. This is a product that boosts your energy level and helps you stay in shape the easy way, without resorting to strenuous exercises or extreme diets. Building muscle mass is definitely a long-term process, but with the right help you can speed it up considerably. Even if most people believe that gaining weight is much easier than losing pounds, it can actually be just as hard because it requires strenuous exercising and elaborate diet plans to achieve the established goals.

While gaining weight in the traditional manner and staying in shape requires strenuous exercising and an elaborate diet plan, nowadays things are much simplified with weight gainers and pre-workout boosters that provide consumers with all the right proteins from nutrient-dense foods such as eggs, ground beef, and oats to speed up the process. Weight gainers are a perfect solution for those who want to put on muscle mass and boost their energy, but without healthy foods and proper exercise it's impossible to achieve these goals.

While it is important to look good and feel satisfied with your physical appearance, staying healthy and looking good on the inside is central to any goal you might set out to achieve. Don't use chemicals or unhealthy products you see advertised on TV just because they're cheap and make a lot of promises.

Choose healthy products from respectable brands such as Optimum Nutrition UK and other reputable companies that respect their clients and provide them with the best supplements on the market.
