I work out 6 out of 7 days a week, generally 5 days of cardio (treadmill, stair master, elliptical, ect) and throw in weight/resistance/balance training. I do pillates and yoga a couple times a week as well and try new things to keep muscle confusion. I stretch, warm up, cool down, drink lots of water. However, I can't drop the last 10-15 pounds. I eat well also, having the recommended amount of fruits, fiber, protein, and veggies. Most of the weight resides in my abdominal area.
Any one out there that has tried a supplement that worked? Or even one that didn't work? I'm not trying to replace my routines, could just use the extra help.
