I want to loose a lot of weight and I plan on working out such as swimming and biking. I was going to do the weight watchers for breakfast, lunch, and dinner then have the Medifast snack in between meals. However, I was also thinking of combining the diet pill known as Fenphedrine. Is doing all of this bad for my health or will I finally be able to loss this unwanted weight.
