I started my 10 minute weight loss training at the speed of 8.0-9.0 on the treadmill ( running speed). I do it once a day and 7 days a week. but each day after the exercise, when I step on the treadmill, I can't seem to sustain the training rate, in other words I get worn out much quicker, yesterday I could only sustain up to 8 minutes, and today I could only sustain up to 5 minutes. whats happening to me?

reduce the intensity.. try a 6.0
and u will be able to sustain it better..
and to lose weieght you need 30 mins
