I calculated a food item using the Weight Watches PointsManager Calculator and the Points Finder Slider. However, I got two different answers. Which one is correct?

They should calculate the same. The only difference is that the calculator allows fiber to go above 4 grams (which you're not supposed to do) and the slider does not. Try your calculation again but cap fiber at four grams. If that's not the problem, I'd trust the slider, since it's not "mechanical" and open to error.
