Question by tastymrwaffles: Exercise/ workout routine help (for a guy)?
well I've finished my first year of uni, but I've lost quite a bit of weight and muscle. I've got about 3 months of summer to return it to its former glory lol.

Im looking for a workout routine that would show some results by the end of summer, (I could keep it going longer, but it will be harder back at uni)

I want 'bulk up' a bit and generally just have more defined muscles and better stamina.

I have a fair bit of exercise equipment lying around the house:
dumbbells, barbells, bikes, weight bench,

Any suggestions for a routine? How often should I do cardio/weights?

well if youre already lean and trying to bulk then ditch cardio and just eat like a madman and lift like a psychopath. if you got some excess fat i would say drop some weight first and then try to clean bulk meaning eat alot but only healthy proteins and stuff cut out all the junk foods. but no matter if you want to add mass you gotta gain weight and = fat so most people bulk up in the winter and cut for the summer for the results to show
