Okay. well lets just start by saying im 5'2, 87-90 lbs and 13. Well i binged like an elephant today.
first i started off eating;
1 cup of cheerios with low fat milk about 75 calories.
then i went like 5 hours and then had mini pretzels (90 calories)
then i went another 6 hours without eating so then it was 6;30 and i only had 265 calories so i was starving so i started to binge;
1 ice cream sandwich
2 pieces of bologna, 2 pieces of swiss cheese on whole wheat.
1 hershey's chocolate chip cookie
6 and 1/2 peanut butter cookies
about 1/2 a bag of chex mix (like the big bags you buy at the store)
And im guessing that's like over 2000 calories. but im REALLY health conscious and i have been diagnosed with an eating disorder so please dont say anything. im sick and tired of people controlling how and when i eat. Ive lost 14 lbs in the last 2 months which i am proud of. i was 100 -105 lbs but now im down to about 86-89.
Anyways before this binge i weighed my self and i was 86lbs. then after i eat i weighed 89.8. but after 1 hour i was back down to 88lbs. its a digital scale and i didn't exercise or anything. I cant exercise this week cause ill probably get yelled at for 'overexercising'. Im going to get myself weighed again for my doctor thursday. For me its not the weight that matters its my body. its just awkward to me. the top of my stomach is bigger than my bottom. i dont know if its cause im growing, if i havent been eating right, if im bloated or if im just built that way but i hate it. any help for trying to controll the way i eat and not be scared? id really appreciate no hate cause im SICK of people always bringing my weight in the picture.
