Homemade Pullover machine - another view
This is my homemade pullover machine. Here in Hawai'i, everything rusts due to the humidity, so why not make one out of wood, (mainly 2x4's)? It's plate loading and has bearings for the movement arm and weight rack so it's smooth as silk. This is just a demonstration video to show how the machine works, as a normal set consists of 8 to 12 reps.
