I have had extreme weight gain over a year even with good eating and I've had fits or Really ichy skin from nowhere and scratching made it worse still does, I never really noticed it before but my shower is really moldy can this be it? It has holes into the floor where the shower walls have come apart. I've been using it this way for 2years what do I do? Oh and I do have some symptoms ok mold poisoning like short of breath and never sleeping well help me!

If I had to guess - you have blood sugar problems - weight gain - extra histamine activity - shortness of breath - and acid reflux? Is that why you're not sleeping well? You're burping up everything you eat?
You can get a used copy of Atkins - "New Diet Revolution" - it's a remarkable diet, and was designed for dealing specifically with blood sugar problems. Get the book and read it - and try it for two weeks. In that amount of time, you should know if it helps you.
I remember when I did it years ago, it was close to a miracle - all manner of nasty things began to go away. Hard to say why. On Atkins you don't eat grains anymore - and that alone is a HUGE help.
