I saw a video on tv that caught my attention and I would like to try a video with those elastic bands. All of my friends are on diet pills and they say they're working well, what is the BEST kind of diet pill?? They are on hydroxycut.

All the gimicks you see on late night tv are junk. If you really want to lose weight you need to eat low fat high fibre and coplex carbs.You need to eat smaller portions six times a day to increase your metabolism and you need to excercise. This is the only proper way to lose weight. Diet pills may help but aren't good for you. basically it's a lifestyle change that you maintain which is the key!
