I have this weight lifting set in my basement consisting of.....
1 Bench press bench
2 45 plates
2 35 plates
2 25 "
4 10 "
4 5 "
2 2.5 "
And some dumbells : 25-45
Is it alright if I put these in my room, because the basement is right below my room. Thank you.
Best answer:
The weight set is about 300 lbs (not including dumb bells). Some people weigh more than that. Building codes are strict enough to make sure those people dont fall through the floor, I am sure your weight set won't either.
