I am 10kg overweight and in my first week I have lost no weight but 1.5% body fat?? How is this possible ?

The only thing you could of done is build the same weight in muscle as fat you lost. Which is good. Typically it is very difficult to both lose weight and build muscle at the same time, if either are your goal. Doing one or the other seperatly is more efficient, but hey results are results.
