I am only 100 pounds, but I am slightly out of shape athletically. I want to start bike riding for an hour an a half 5 days a week (really nice hilly trail near my house). How will that affect my body? I do not want to lose weight. I also don't want to mould myself into having freakishly muscular legs.

Basically, I like my body the way it is. If i exercise will it change my body?
